Cast

Phillip Clayton

Phillip Clayton from Las Vegas, NV is a senior in BYU’s BFA Acting program. Previous roles include Michael in Angels Unaware, Tom in Papa Married a Mormon, and Mr. Beaver in The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. He enjoys puzzles, math, physics, and is mildly obsessed with Star Trek and Hamlet. Look for him this Fall at BYU as Leo in The Little Foxes.

Amanda Schütz Clayton

Amanda hails from a beautiful farm in the Smokey Mountains of TN, where the llamas, cows and chickens run free (sometimes when you don’t want them to…).  She is excited to be a new Mom, come next year - but admits she is worried the baby could be addicted to acting, after being exposed to it so heavily while yet in the womb.  Amanda’s favorite acting credits include:  Saint Catherine – Angels Unaware, Grace Hoylard – Bus Stop, Tena Neilson – Papa Married a Mormon, Mrs. Beaver – The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, The Scrubwoman -  Archipelago, Yang Sun – The Good Woman of Setzuan, Susanna Walcott – The Crucible, Sister Mary Amnesia – Nunsense, Nanny McPhee – Nanny McPhee…no wait, that last one was actually played by Emma Thompson, not Amanda – but who can tell the difference, right?

Ryan Templeman

Ryan, brought forth in the year of our lord 1980, from the loins of the Templeman household in her majesty's kingdom of Canada. Proving himself to be here with a tragic flaw of an easy and simple nature, became a player to the Bard for a summer’s period. To wit no prescribed training, scholarly or otherwise; he did verse himself only in the instructional notes of Cliff, Cole, and Spark to forepast the impediments of high school English class. A return to life’s play from which there was a four year sojourn, he all the while played for reels and crusaded to suppress a smoldering fiend. Played not to be of knowing mind, he doth only wish to be received in kind. All graces to his wife and heir, yet sixteen months young. Let melt and ease your life’s present care, unraveling in turn perchance to have some fun!

Thankee.
